How do I cancel my subscription? +
You can cancel at any time by emailing us at support@myclassroomhub.co.uk. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. We do not charge cancellation fees.
How many children can I add to my account? +
Your £5/month subscription includes up to 4 child profiles. Each additional child profile beyond 4 is charged at £1/month and added to your monthly subscription automatically.
My child has forgotten their password — what do I do? +
Log into your parent account and go to your dashboard. Each child card has a "Change password" option — you can set a new password for your child directly without needing to contact us.
I have forgotten my own password — what do I do? +
On the login page click "Forgot your password?" and enter your email address. We will send you a reset link valid for 1 hour.
Does Sophia follow the national curriculum? +
No — Sophia Home Education follows its own classical Trivium curriculum. We deliberately avoid Key Stage labels and national curriculum alignment. Our content is designed for home educators who want something richer and more independent than school-at-home.
Can I use Sophia for a home education co-op or group? +
The standard subscription covers one household only. If you are running a co-op or home education group please get in touch at support@myclassroomhub.co.uk to discuss group pricing.
How do I suggest a new worksheet topic? +
Once you are logged in, click "Suggest" in the classroom navigation. Fill in the short form and Plume will receive your idea. We review every suggestion and the best ideas become real worksheets — you can track the status of your suggestions from the same page.
Is my payment information secure? +
Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe, one of the world's leading payment processors. We never see or store your card details — only a secure customer reference is stored on our system.
